Synchro Electronics have in-house R&D team, specialising in electronic product development & design optimization, with number of innovative patents owned by the Scientists in our lab. The R&D team is lead by Dr. Indranil Das, PhD in Renewable Energy Electronics and with an experience of more than 35yrs as electronics design engineer. He was scientist at ERTL, Govt. of India before incorporation of our organisation.
For the last 20yrs this lab has developed many products for the Synchro brand and also provided product design solution to numerous organisations in electronics industry including Railway Signal, Programmable Power Supplies, Digital Panel Meters, Automatic Testing Equipment for many multinational companies like Philips/ Signify, Osram etc.
The R&D unit is fully equipped with numerous state of the art sophisticated testing equipments. These are used to conduct various tests in different conditions and harsh environment like high temperature, high humidity, voltage fluctuation, high surge voltages etc. Only products that perform satisfactorily in these tests are allowed to go for final production for our customers.
This lab houses the most superior and advanced instruments to perform precise operations on delicate components and PCBs. Our team of around 20 engineers specialise in multiple domains of operations and posses the accurate skills to collectively develop a complete product. The lab is dedicated to build a product right from the basic fundamental scientific theory.
The R&D lab focuses on both hardware and software developments. Latest hardware design tools, PCB design software, simulations, 3D printed prototypes are used to prepare the basic electronics and mechanical part of the device. Along with these, specialised software developments like UI/UX development, Microcontroller Programming, Windows & Linux Application design are also executed in this lab. This is one of the few labs in India, which produces completely in-house developed RF Transmitter IC program codes. It is through this optimal synergy of hardware and software design Synchro maintains the glorious repute of producing best quality and reliable products.
